At Staff Callture, one of those remarkable people is Cheska Lladones, a Senior Supervisor whose journey over the past three years has been nothing short of inspiring.

Cheska didn’t just step into her role—she owned it. When she first joined Staff Callture, she brought with her a growth mindset and a fierce determination to succeed. Fast forward to today, and she has not only carved a path for herself but has also paved the way for others, mentoring and guiding her team with resilience and empathy.
Being a supervisor is no walk in the park. The role comes with challenges, high-pressure situations, and the occasional moment of feeling overwhelmed. But for Cheska, the reward is in the impact. “I love being able to share what I’ve learned with my team and colleagues. Seeing them grow and succeed is incredibly fulfilling,” she shares. One of Cheska’s proudest moments at Staff Callture was spearheading a campaign that started as an idea and grew into something monumental. She poured her heart and energy into building it, even pushing herself to the brink of exhaustion. But the results? Worth every ounce of effort.
Not only did the campaign succeed, but it also opened doors for 65 new agents and four new team leaders—a historic achievement for the company. Today, Cheska continues to manage this campaign, watching it flourish and create more opportunities for employees.
Beyond the Desk: Passions That Spark Joy
While Cheska dominates the corporate world, she also finds joy in the little things. When she’s not leading her team, you’ll likely find her cooking up a storm in the kitchen or creating fun TikTok videos. “TikTok is my escape—it’s where I can be creative and just have fun,” she laughs. And when it comes to food, she’s all about experimenting with flavors and bringing people together through shared meals.
But her passions don’t stop there. Cheska is also a pageant enthusiast and a makeup artist, using these platforms to express creativity and empower others. On top of that, she’s a dedicated advocate for the LGBT community, working with organizations to help young individuals find meaningful careers and a sense of belonging.

Success doesn’t happen in isolation, and Cheska is the first to acknowledge the incredible support system that fuels her drive. From her family’s unwavering encouragement to the trust and guidance of her Operations Managers, every step of her journey has been backed by people who believe in her. She gives a special shoutout to Arvin and Randy, whose faith in her abilities pushes her to aim higher and work even harder.

For those just starting at Staff Callture, Cheska has some solid advice: “Embrace every opportunity for growth and stay open to learning.” The journey might be tough, but it’s also rewarding. She encourages new hires to ask questions, seek mentorship, and invest in teamwork—because success is never a solo mission.
Oh, and one simple yet powerful piece of wisdom from Cheska? Smile. “A simple smile can make all the difference. When people are feeling down, I try to lift their spirits with a joke or positivity. Sometimes, all it takes is a little happiness to brighten someone’s day.”
Dreaming Big, Traveling Far
With all that she’s achieved, Cheska still has big dreams—one of which is to visit South Korea. She’s fascinated by the country’s rich culture, history, and, of course, the food (Korean BBQ, anyone?). From exploring traditional markets to indulging in authentic bibimbap, Korea is at the top of her bucket list.

Lunar Prosperity Stars: Honoring the Best of 2024-Quarter 4
On January 29, 2025, Staff Callture celebrated the outstanding achievements of our top performers with a special event – Lunar Prosperity Stars. This event honored the exceptional contributions and dedication of our team during the 2024 Quarter 4.
The highlight of the day was the awarding ceremony, where our CEO and President personally distributed awards to recognize the hard work and commitment that made 2024 a remarkable year. To add a fun twist, the CEO and President also shared good fortune with everyone, distributing free fortune cookies that added a sweet touch to the celebration.
But the excitement didn’t end there! The Employee Engagement Team kicked off a lively game of Name That Tune, where team members had to guess the instrumentals of trending pop songs. The energy was infectious, with everyone showing off their musical prowess while having a blast.
It was a day of celebration, fun, and, most importantly, recognizing the Lunar Prosperity Stars who shined the brightest. Here's to the incredible team that makes Staff Callture thrive! Let’s continue making magic in 2025.
