From the sales floor to the volleyball court, John Quitlong knows what it takes to win—dedication, teamwork, and resilience. As an Outbound Specialist at Staff Callture Inc. since October 2024, he has continuously pushed himself to grow, leading to one of his proudest achievements: being recognized as one of the top three performers from August 2024 to the present.
For John, success isn’t just about numbers—it’s about making an impact. Whether it’s solving problems, hitting targets, or supporting his teammates, he thrives in an environment that challenges him to be better every day. His drive comes from both personal ambition and the collaborative culture at Staff Callture.
What many don’t know about John is that his leadership extends beyond the office. As a key figure in the Cabuyao Volleyball Club, he organizes events, trains players, and fosters teamwork—values that also define his work ethic. He’s also passionate about event planning, bringing people together for unforgettable experiences.
His biggest takeaway? “A supportive and motivated team leads to greater success. Simple encouragement and recognition go a long way.”
And if he could give one piece of advice? “Embrace the learning process and stay proactive.”
When he’s not making waves at work or in volleyball, John dreams of visiting Hong Kong Disneyland—a long-time childhood wish. “There’s something magical about it. It reminds me to always find joy and wonder, no matter how old I get.”
His motto in life? "There’s a rainbow always after the rain."
Staff Callture’s Action Plan for the Skype Shutdown
As Skype for Business nears its shutdown, Staff Callture is proactively ensuring a seamless transition to more reliable and efficient communication platforms. To maintain smooth internal and client interactions, we are considering a shift to Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and WhatsApp.
What’s in the Works?
Microsoft Teams – A centralized hub for chat, calls, and meetings, improving team collaboration.
Zoom – A trusted platform for client communication, especially for high-quality video conferencing.
WhatsApp – A quick and convenient way to stay connected with clients for real-time updates.
Next Steps:

Staff Callture FEB-Fair 2025: Love in Every Corner
Love was in the air—literally and figuratively—as Staff Callture Incorporated transformed the workplace into a nostalgic high school fair with the theme, “Love in Every Corner” on February 14, 2025. From classic fair booths to surprise treats and thrilling competitions, the day was filled with laughter, excitement, and, of course, love!
Kicking off the celebration with a heartfelt gesture, President & CEO Mr. Joey Pereda, alongside the Business Development Team and Operations, made the rounds distributing surprise Valentine cakes and balloons to every team member. This simple yet touching moment reminded everyone that at Staff Callture, every employee is valued and appreciated.
The Ultimate Valentine Booth Showdown
No high school fair is complete without a lineup of exciting booths, and our talented teams did not disappoint! Four teams went all out in creating unique, interactive experiences that made the event even more unforgettable:
💞 Team Carla – The Carnival Love Fair 🎡✨
Bringing all the fun and nostalgia of a classic high school fair, Team Carla set up a full-blown Valentine carnival experience—complete with exciting games, charming decorations, and an atmosphere of pure joy!
💍 Team Cheska – The Wedding Booth 💒💑
Romance was at its peak at Team Cheska’s Wedding Booth, where couples (and even office besties) could say their “I do’s” in a fun and lighthearted ceremony. From mock wedding photos to hilarious “wedding vows,” this booth truly captured the spirit of love!
🚔 Team Junjie – The Jail Booth ⛓️❤️
If you’ve ever wanted to “arrest” your work bestie or boss for being too awesome (or for stealing your snacks), Team Junjie’s Jail Booth was the place to be! Participants paid to have their colleagues “locked up” for a set time, all in the name of fun and friendly competition.
🍢 Business Development Team – Street Food Booth 🌭🍡
Led by Ate Josie, the Business Development Team turned up the heat with their blockbuster Street Food Booth! Selling all-time Filipino favorites like fish balls, kwek-kwek, and isaw, this booth was a certified hit, satisfying cravings while adding a delicious touch to the fair.
The competition was fierce, with each team bringing creativity, effort, and a whole lot of love. Our esteemed panel of judges—Vanessa Piamonte, Thukie Lacerna, and Dayle Anne Villarta—had the tough job of picking the best booth of the day.

The Wedding Booth won by a narrow margin, stealing hearts with its wholesome, romantic, and hilarious take on love! But with all the fun and effort poured into each booth, it was clear that everyone was a winner that day.
The SC Valentine’s Day Celebration 2025 was more than just games and prizes—it was a day filled with camaraderie, appreciation, and moments that made hearts full. From spontaneous laughter to friendly competition, Love in Every Corner truly lived up to its name.
